A room board in green, yellow and red

Every room, right now. Red has an open problem. Yellow is being handled, or starts soon and is not marked ready. Each status also shows a word and a shape, so it never depends on color alone.

One place to report a problem

A room monitor scans the code on the door and reports it in a few taps. AV problems go to your AV lead. Everything else goes to your staff. You see who took it and when it was fixed.

AV quote and change orders

No added cost without your approval

Your AV lead submits added gear, labor or overtime with the dollar amount. Nothing counts until you or an approver you name taps Approve. A running total shows where you stand against your AV budget.
